Outputs

(Carbon Dioxide) e %CO

in the combustion products.
Excess O
2
(Excess Air) e amount of O
2
above the minimum theoreti-
cal amount needed for complete combustion. For complete and ecient
combustion, Excess O
2
must be adjusted to manufacturers specica-
tions.
COAF (Carbon Monoxide Air Free) e amount of CO in the combustion
products taking into account the dilution eect of excess O
2
.
Net Temp (Net Temperature) e stack (vent) temperature minus the pri-
mary air temperature.
Standard E (Eciency) e actual eciency of the combustion equip-
ment calculated by analyzing the losses up the exhaust.
Siegert E (Eciency) e European standard for combustion eciency.

the sections in this manual with more detailed information about each
test.
